At D1 Milano, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
